Vanilla Cupcakes

8 ingredients

1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup cold milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla and mix until well blended. In a separate bowl, stir together all dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients. Mix until completely combined.

Pour mixture into muffin cups until 2/3 full and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. This recipe will yield about 12 cupcakes.
