Potato Skins

5 ingredients

7-8 lg. potatoes, baked and cooled
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 small onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out potatoes. Brush inside of skin with butter and add bacon and onions. Top with plenty of cheese. Bake at 450 until crispy (about 15 minutes).
