Tapenade

4 ingredients

2 large cans pitted black olives, drained
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Optional Ingredients:
Anchovies, bay leaves, lemon juice.

In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and and combine until a thick paste forms. Spread over toasted bread or crackers.
