8 oz. cream cheese
1 can chili with no beans
1 sm. yellow onion (1/2 c.)
3 green chili peppers, chopped into rings
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Chips
Mash cream cheese into bottom of pie dish spreading evenly.
Top with chili, then a layer of onions and chili peppers.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, microwave on High for 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
