8-9 potatoes
2 onions, minced finely
2 egg yolks
1 c. heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste
Boil potatoes and onions in a pot of water. When they are soft, drain all of the water and mash the potatoes. beat in heavy cream and egg yolks and season with salt and pepper.
