3 C. Lima Beans
1 Onion, Diced
1 Carrot
2 C. Celery, Diced
1 ham bone
Salt and pepper to taste
Place lima beans in large stock pot and cover with water. Add onions and simmer for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 3-4 hours until done.
