11 ingredients

16 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 C. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon or orange rind
1 C. heavy whipping cream
4 eggs

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients, dry first, and beat on medium speed until completely mixed.

To prepare the crust:
1 1/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 C. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter

Mix the crumbs and sugar together and gradually add the melted butter. Press mixture into the sides and bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.

Once the crust is prepared, pour the cheesecake mixture in the pie pan and bake at 325 for 75 minutes. Allow to cool in the refrigerator before serving. Top with your favorite topping and serve.
