1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
2 1/4 c. flour
Combine and blend all ingredients except flour and then slowly mix in the flour. Chill for a couple of hours. Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into shapes. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
