10 med. potatoes, diced
1 stick butter, melted
1 small onion, diced
3 tbsp. milk
2 slices bread, cut into small cubes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small cubes
Salt and pepper
1 c. corn flakes or bread crumbs
Preheat the oven for 350.
Cook and drain the potatoes and place on the bottom of a casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients except for the corn flakes and spread over potatoes. Put corn flakes or bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
