1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
12 oz. sharp cheese (softened)
12 oz. mellow cheese (softened)
4 cups Bisquick
Mix all ingredient and roll into balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
