Milk Chocolate Truffles

4 ingredients

9 oz. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 c. unsweetened cocoa

Melt chocolate chips and butter and mix together. Add cream and stir until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for about 5 hours.

When mixture has set, scoop a teaspoon of mixture and roll into a ball and then roll in cocoa.
