1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
Milk
Mix all ingredients and add milk to the consistancy of a batter.
Cut bananas into 1 inch pieces and chill in freezer. Dip bananas into batter and then deep fry in hot oil, about 1 minute. Drizzle with honey or chocolate syrup before serving.
