Cream Puffs

8 ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
pinch of Salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 small packages of vanilla pudding
3 c. of milk
8 oz. whipped cream.

Bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Beat in one cup flour and remove from heat. Should have the consistency of mashed potatoes. Beat in eggs.

Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet approximately 1 inch apart.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn down oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Filling:
In a separate bowl, mix pudding and milk. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped cream. Fill shells and frost with chocolate icing.
