2 C. sugar
1 C. butter
3 eggs
1 C. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
1tsp. lemon flavoring
5 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well. Mix in lemon and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Roll ¼ thick, cut and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min. makes about 5 dozen.
