1 lb. Hamburger
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
Celery
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
¾ C. water
2 Tbsp. Worchester Sauce
¼ tsp. sage
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 bay leaf
Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and cook down until all meat and vegetables are well done. Spoon Mixture onto toasted hamburger buns and serve.
