Rock Candy

4 ingredients

4 C. sugar
1 C. white corn syrup
1 C. cold water
Oil Based Flavoring of your choice

Mix well and bring to a boil everything except the flavoring. Reduce heat to keep it boiling. Set candy thermometer in mixture and bring it to 300 degrees. Add to teaspoons flavoring and 2 drops of color. Mix well and pour onto cookie sheet that has been lined with foil and powdered lightly with powdered sugar.
