1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. water
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
Mix all ingredients except butter and vanilla together. Cook in microwave stirring every once in a while until thick. When done, add vanilla and butter.
