2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vinegar
red food coloring
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350F for about 30 to 35 minute.
Icing:
16oz. confectioner's sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients. Add additional confectioner’s sugar until icing forms peaks.
